We spend up to two weeks on discovery, where we research your competitors and the wider developer ecosystem to understand unmet developer needs, market gaps, and growth opportunities.After you've received your developer ecosystem report, outlining our findings and your biggest market opportunities, we facilitate a four-hour strategic workshop where we build your growth plan including your content and engagement strategy.You'll walk away with deep insights into where you fit in the developer ecosystem, who your target audience is, their pain points and needs, and an actionable plan to drive growth over the next 90 days.Investment of $3,900 per sprint

Ongoing navigation is our main offering for clients who've completed the growth sprint as it supports technical founders in maintaining momentum and iterating their growth approach based on learnings. It includes bi-weekly iteration sessions, async support, content and distribution strategy, ecosystem trends and shifts, and a quarterly refresh of your ecosystem report.Investment of $2,300 per month, billed quarterly.

Developer Feedback Interviews

We'll help you gain the insights you need to make strategic decisions. Our team will create an interview plan, get interview sessions booked in your calendar with your target developers, and provide a findings and recommendations report.Investment starts at $1,500 per interview series.

Warm Introductions to Your Developers

We’ll introduce you and your product via email or channel-message to developers within your target audience.Investment starts at $1,625 for 25 introductions.

Sponsor Developer-Curated Channels

Sponsoring and engaging in developer curated channels is a lucrative way to gain the attention of your target developers. We help you spend your marketing budget by spreading it across various developer channels within your target audience. Channels include, but are not limited to; newsletters, podcasts, livestreams, meetups, events or conferences, courses, communities, blogs, OSS projects, etc.Only investment is your budget if done during growth workshop.

Hire a Developer Advocate

If you're looking for support executing your 90-day growth plan, our team can help you recruit, interview, and hire a developer advocate. We have a rolodex full of qualified candidates that are already well-connected with your target developers. Because we focus so heavily on building meaningful relationships with developers, we have a Community Hub filled with content, events, and developers. Our platform can host multi-track conferences and events both in-person and virtually. Our team also personally spends a great deal of time in developer communities.

You will be featured in the tools section, have a channel for dev discussion around your solution and product, one co-created content piece per month that benefits the hub and your product, and one virtual developer event that we organize and market, but you host. We host a week daily show called 99 Dev Problems where we interview developers from all walks of life on their day-to-day challenges they face and how to overcome them. Our show received over 5k views in the first two weeks alone and has a majority audience of software engineers and other technical roles.
